Ingredients

1 tbsp Spice Mountain Tandoori Chicken spice
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
squeeze of fresh lemon juice
4 chicken pieces, personally I prefer to use chicken thighs but any part will do.

Method

  • In a bowl, mix the spice, yoghurt and lemon juice together.
  • Using a sharp knife, make a few small incisions in the chicken and brush the marinade all over ensuring that it gets into the small cuts of the chicken.
  • Cover and marinate in the fridge for 4 hours or longer (overnight is best).
  • You can then roast, grill or bbq the meat and serve.
