Ingredients

Vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped finely
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Small piece fresh ginger, grated
2 tsp Naga Curry Powder
Meat of your choice (pork works especially well)
1 can plum tomatoes
1/2 cup water
Coriander leaf to garnish
Optional: serve with natural yoghurt on the side to relieve your mouth from the heat :))

Method

  • Heat the oil in a pot then add the onion, garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for a few minutes. Add the spices, mix well for a few seconds.
  • Add the meat and ensure that the meat is well coated in the spiced paste. Add the tomatoes and water and cook until the meat is properly cooked through.
  • Season with salt according to taste and sprinkle a small handful of freshly chopped coriander on top et voila…your spicy hot naga curry is now ready to be served!!
