About this product

Mix with yoghurt and lemon juice for a true flavour of tandoori or simply use as a dry rub with a touch of olive oil.  A great seasoning for bbqs, grilling or pan frying as these replicate the method of cooking in the tandoor.  I recently made a tandoori risotto (with lamb) using this blend and it was a hit amongst my guests.  Also delicious with Paneer (Indian cheese) sweet peppers and onion, threaded onto a skewer to make a vegetarian kebab which will match any made with meat!

The red colour comes from all natural ingredients; annatto and beetroot powder. And if you’d like to incorporate a bbq flavour to this marinade we recommend our amazing Liquid Smoke
