If you prefer to grind your own spices just a small amount at a time and enough for 1 dish, this bag of seeds is the one for you. Garam Masala can be added to any dish for extra flavour. Use it at the start of the cooking process or as a final flavour booster towards the end of the cooking process. Use in curries, as a seasoning for meats, in soups or even in savoury biscuits and breads. Use only a small amount as large quantities can overpower your dish.For an enhanced flavour, gently toast the seeds in a dry frying pan first, allow to cool then grind.
