About this product

An aromatic blend of Indian spices minus the heat. Excellent for flavouring many dishes, not just Indian foods! Garam Masala can be used as a seasoning on its own, however it is quite often mixed with other spices or blends. A ‘must have’ in curry and dhal dishes. For a boost of flavour try sprinkling some on roasted veggies, green beans, asparagus or in a soup. Unlike other spice blends, Garam Masala should be added towards the end of the cooking process to retain the complexities of the flavours from all the spices.
