About this product

Ground mace is preferred in light coloured dishes (eg rice puddings, bechamel sauce, creamed soups) where nutmeg would otherwise leave a speckled appearance.  Also use it in your chicken pie filling, macaroni cheese or mashed potato for an enhanced flavour.  Mace also works really well in baked goods and desserts.
