I created this blend as I found that there were no options for risotto seasonings wherever I looked. Wherever possible, I try to make use of spices in my cooking and concluded there was a gap for a risotto spice mix in the market. Try a couple of teaspoons of this homemade, subtle blend to enhance the taste of your risotto. There are no strong, robust flavours in this blend so it will not actually change the basic flavours of your risotto, it will only enhance it. This blend contains pure mushroom powder and saffron amongst other spices.
