Ragu is the Italian name for a meat-pasta sauce, traditionally bolognese sauce. Simply add 1tsp (or more depending on taste) to you tomato-based pasta sauce for an enhanced flavour. The secret to this ragu being different to the rest, is the subtle yet distinct smoky flavour we have captured with the use of a couple of special ingredients.
