We will endeavour to despatch your order within 2-5 working days of it being received. In most cases, our blends are made fresh to order hence the longer amount of time needed for the despatch.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
All prices listed below are in GBP Sterling. We deliver to most countries worldwide. For our overseas customers, please note that it is the responsibily of the buyer/customer to ensure that their purchase meets customs regulations in their country. Any other charges that may apply (customs duty etc) at point of entry will be the customer’s reponsibility.
There is no minimum or maximum order value. Postage includes packing charges.

For orders from £10.01 to £20 GBP, postage is £4.50
For order from £20.01 to £50 GBP, postage is £5.80
For orders over £50.01 GBP, postage is Free of Charge

Please be aware that your order may not be small enough to fit through your letterbox. As a result, please give an alternate delivery address where there will be someone available to receive your order, perhaps a work address. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept any returns for refunds unless the product is defective and it remains unopened.

Spice Mountain will not be held responsible for delays to your order due to the customer providing incorrect delivery information. If an order needs to be sent twice due to an incorrect delivery address, the charges will be passed onto the customer.
