About this product
Heat scale 8/10. These long thin bright red chillies are thought to be related to the cayenne pepper. Their fiery but delicious flavour make them ideal in any dish that needs to be livened up. Throw a few pods into slow cooked dishes until the desired heat level is achieved. Alternatively soak in hot water and puree before adding to chilli con carne, any tomato based sauces, salsas, stews, marinades or seasonings.
