About this product

This is an Egyptian mix of dry roasted nuts and spices which is traditionally used as a dip with olive oil and flatbread. The Western world has since found numerous ways of adding this deliciously nutty spice mix to many recipes. The taste of your dish will be enhanced by the flavours of roasted hazelnuts together with subtle flavours of the spices. Here are a few ideas to get you started:

Sprinkle and coat chicken breast or white fish in Dukkah mixture before pan frying or grilling.

Sprinkle a generous amount onto hommous for a true North African taste.

Add to savoury bakery goods like muffins or bread dough.

Add to soups or simply sprinkle on top for a lovely presentation.
