About this product
This is a classic herb blend from Provence in the sunny South of France. It is full of grassy, woody flavours (most notably lavender) and it is an integral part of many popular dishes from the area, such as ratatouille. Perhaps its best affinity is with lamb, however – to get the best from it, rub it into your joint of lamb before roasting and you will end up with such an aromatic and tasty Sunday lunch!
