This lovely seasoning from the Korean brand O’Food is based on real Kimchi (Korean pickled cabbage) alongside garlic, ginger and other spices to give an authentic Korean flavour to your food. It has a great balance of savoury and spicy notes, the Kimchi giving it a real blast of umami flavour which is guaranteed to liven up anything you add it to. Kimchi Kick is best used as an all-purpose seasoning, used to give stir fries or noodles something extra, and it can be used as a rub for barbecued or grilled meat and seafood. The seasoning is vegan friendly, and contains no gluten or MSG, making it suitable for everyone. All in all, a great way to give a genuine Korean kick to your cooking!
