This homemade floral invention is a simple blend of beautiful lavender flowers and pink salt flakes. It goes extremely well in salads or as a salt rub for meat or fish. Chicken, lamb, beef, salmon and trout are the preferred options. The salt flakes are delicate and melts in the mouth whilst at the same time they provide a delicious crunch. A little goes a long way with this seasoning as using too much can become overpowering.
