Lime Zest, powder

We have enjoyed using this lovely product so much, all the zing and tang of lime in an easy-to-use powder form. It can be used anywhere you need that sour/citrus boost, in preparations both savoury and sweet, and also in juices, smoothies and cocktails where it makes an interesting substitute for lime juice. It is especially useful for many Mexican recipes which call for that unique lime flavour, and is often used in combination with salt and chilli for a table seasoning. This mix interestingly is often used on fruit such as mango and pineapple in Mexico. Lime zest powder is also perfect for Thai food, which almost always includes lime in some form. And in sweet preparations, lime zest is an essential ingredient in the classic American Key Lime Pie.
