This tasty blend is a mixture of three of the most commonly used Mexican chillies (the Holy Trinity) with other typical Mexican spices including cumin, cinnamon, allspice and Mexican oregano. Ancho, guajillo and pasilla chillies give a hot, chocolatey flavour and the other spices give a lovely balance and a medium heat.
Holy Trinity is very versatile, and can be used as an all-purpose Mexican seasoning as well as in chilli con carne and stews, salsas and casseroles. The blend will also create the perfect chicken burritos, and can be used as a deliciously spicy garnish for guacamole and other dishes. Holy Trinity will give your food the true taste of Mexico!
