This microplane is an extremely handy kitchen gadget. The easiest way to freshly grate whole spices like nutmegs & cinnamon.
Based on the principal of a woodworking tool and developed into a kitchen tool, each one of its many holes is as sharp as a razor blade, and all holes face the same direction, making grinding nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon an easy task. It’s also much safer for your knuckles than a conventional grater!
