A delightful combination of black and white peppercorns with the addition of floral coriander. Traditionally used in French-Canadian cuisine. Excellent as a rub on grilled meats or fish or to sprinkle onto salads for a refreshing taste. This blend benefits from the ripe and unripe berries of the 2 peppercorns and the citrusy, floral flavours of coriander.
