The Naga Jolokia (or Ghost) Chilli, from India, is one of our most popular, and still one of our hottest! Smoke drying the Nagas gives them a deep smokiness and flavour, and while the heat is slightly mellowed and less immediate, it is still there, giving a tingly, fruity afterburn. Great for use in any hot curry, and also very effective if you like making your own chilli sauces. Remember to remove the chillies from the finished dish before serving, as accidentally eating one of these can be very unpleasant!
