Each tub in The Seasonings Tube is specifically designed to bring out the best in the stated ingredient, the tube includes blends for;
Chicken – use as a rub, and combine with white wine, olive oil and lemon juice for a quick and easy marinade. Also great added to soups and stews.
Beef – make a marinade combining the seasoning with strong flavours such as soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce, or orange, or simply add to stews and casseroles.
Pork – combine with sweet and aromatic ingredients such as apple, honey or date syrup for a marinade, use as a rub, or add to stews and casseroles.
Fish – make a marinade with anything acidic such as lemon juice, vinegar and yoghurt. Use in moderation, as fish has a delicate flavour which is easily overpowered.
