Ingredients

4 medium potatoes (peeled and cut into even sized chucks)
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp Spice Mountain Bombay Potato spices
Salt to taste

Method

  • Boil the potatoes. Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat
  • When the oil is sizzling add the spices and fry for 1 minute then add the potatoes
  • Cover the potatoes in the spiced oil mixture and continue to fry for 4 minutes
  • Lower the heat and cover the pan and cook to a further 5 minutes before serving
