This delicately sweet and mild paprika can be added to many kinds of dishes from soups and stews to mayonnaise and stuffed cabbage. To get the most benefit from the flavour of this paprika, add the powder to hot oil but be very careful not to let it burn. Then add your meat, veg or liquid to quickly reduce the heat of the oil.
