Coriander Leaf

Widely used in Indian, South East Asian and Mexican cuisine, this popular herb adds a wonderful peppery freshness to a dish. Coriander leaf will lose its unique flavour if cooked for too long, so we recommend adding it towards the end of the cooking process, or just sprinkle it over the finished dish. It is especially good used in stir-fries, curries and Mexican salsas.
