Orange Peel, Dried, Fine cut

Sourced from Spain, the home of the orange, this dried peel is finely cut to make it easy to use in many recipes. It is especially good for baking and for marmalade, and also perfect for making crepe suzettes or orange sauce for duck. A great way to give your afternoon cuppa a twist is to infuse a few strips of dried orange peel in black tea (especially Earl Grey).
The dehydration process does not take away any of the taste of the orange, and this means this peel can be kept (always airtight, otherwise the aroma and flavour will fade) for a long time.
